The Guild of Fine Food
The Guild of Fine Food is the UK trade association for anyone making or selling top quality local, regional and speciality food and drink.
A competition is held by the Guild each year to find the best food and drink that the UK has to offer. This competition is known as the Great Taste Awards. Below we list the ginger winners for 2010. The Guild define one star as “close to perfect”, two stars as “faultless” and three stars as “wow, you must taste this”.
